Welcome back to Micah's Cookies and Creams! I've made a lot of adjustments over the last couple of months and here are the most major ones:

September 1st, 2025 Update:
Brought Back the "Maple Cinnamon" and "Jamaican Toto" Fall Flavors!
Reworked the Nutrition Facts drop down on the "Customize page" It's now clearer and features Carbs, Fiber, and Sodium.
In Customization, you can now search in the dropdown for each section.
Fixed the Quick Order links
August 16th, 2025 Updat:
"Choco-Chip Cookie Butter Blast" is now known as the "Cookie Triple Trouble" highlighting the 3 different cookies of Cookie Butter, Sandwich Creme Filled, and Cookie Dough!
Added the ability for 3 thickeners to be picked for maximizing texture. Changing the Ice Cream Base will also preselect the best thickeners for that base.
Added a "Sunflower Lecithin" ingredient for Thickeners. This works in the same way that egg yolks would work in a gelato due to them both having the "Lecithin" fat that helps to bind the fat and water together.
Added a "Dextrose" ingredient for Sweetners. Dextrose is a corn-based sugar that helps to lower the freezing point of ice cream which in turn makes it easier to scoop out of the freezer.
Added a Frozen Yogurt option as a base.
All of the recipes have been adjusted to utilize Sunflower Lecithin and Dextrose to increase the scoopability and decrease the icyness overtime.
